By using Legacy Venture Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Legacy Venture Studios provides an AI-powered website generation service. You provide a business description and we generate a production-ready website delivered as a ZIP archive.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Once a website has been generated and delivered, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact us within 24 hours if you experience issues with your delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon successful payment and delivery, you own the generated website code outright. Legacy Venture Studios retains no rights to your generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our platform to generate websites for illegal purposes, spam, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Venture Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
